Shipping & Delivery of Online Orders

MF Supply stocks a huge inventory of products across our distribution centers. Stock items ship from the closest available warehouse, based on inventory at the time of order. Many items drop ship from the manufacturer directly to you.

Orders placed online ship Monday through Friday via UPS & FedEx within 1-2 days of order date. Upon shipment of the order, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

*Note on International Shipments* Online orders can only ship to a USA address. If you would like to ship Internationally, contact [email protected] to place your order offline. Please note that minimums and ship method restrictions may apply.

Expedited Shipping of Online Orders

Expedited shipping including 2 Day and Next Day Air is available online via the UPS Collect Ship method. If you need expedited shipping and do not have a UPS collect account, please include your shipping instructions in the Order Comments on the checkout page. We will be in touch with any additional amount due. Expedited orders must be received by 2:00 PM EST to be processed same-day.
